We believe that anyone who chooses to buy from us deserves to be treated with courtesy, consideration and in a timely manner.
We aim to dispatch orders by the next available post following receipt of cleared payment.
If a mailed item is not received, we will immediately provide a replacement, and send it recorded (signed for) delivery to increase the chances of it arriving safely.
If an item is the wrong size (whether through our fault or the customer's) we will send an immediate (larger or smaller) replacement at no extra cost to the customer - there may be a delay if the replacement is not in stock, but if so we will keep the customer informed.
If an item is faulty or sub-standard when received, we will send an immediate replacement.
If an item fails in service, either because of manufacturing faults or through not being of a reasonable standard (please read the relevant Trading Standards literature) we will replace the item or give the customer a full refund.
